01 / What is collected

Information you choose to send

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, project type, project description, and consent. You may also provide a company or organization, phone number, budget range, and desired timeline.

02 / Why it is collected

Reviewing and responding to your inquiry

The submitted details are stored in PostgreSQL so Osiris Software can understand the request, review its fit, and respond using the contact information you supplied. The form does not send marketing email or create a customer account.

03 / Safeguards and handling

A deliberately limited workflow

Submissions are validated, protected by same-origin and request-size checks, screened with a hidden anti-spam field, and rate limited. Rate-limit counters may temporarily use a connection IP address in process memory; the application does not write contact details or those counters to ordinary logs.

Hosting and database providers may process information as necessary to operate the service. Final provider names and any international data-transfer details require owner confirmation before launch.

04 / Retention and deletion

Ask about or request deletion of an inquiry

A final retention period has not yet been approved. To ask what information is associated with your inquiry or request its deletion, email info@osirissoftware.com. Requests will require enough information to identify the relevant submission.
